Through her coaching, she has helped clients meet their professional development goals, increase their leadership impact, and accelerate their career success. Sandy earned a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Boston University.

EXPERIENCE

Sandy Pipitone is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a team of advisors and coaches who help clients achieve breakthrough performance through worldclass human capital strategy. Prior to FMG Leading, Sandy held leadership positions in Leadership and Organization Development at a number of large organizations, including Fidelity Investments, ColgatePalmolive, The TJX Companies, and at several smaller companies that span the technology, software, and healthcare industries. In the recent past, she was head of Organizational Effectiveness at a technology company where she was a key member of the executive team and also acted as an internal executive coach. Sandy is a master facilitator who works with senior executive teams on topics including alignment of vision, mission, values, and strategy, business planning, and developing high performing teams and organizations. Sandy’s deep listening, sharp insights, and results-orientation allow her to engage senior teams in high impact processes with clear outcomes and commitments. She works with senior leaders to identify organizational obstacles and opportunities, and design high impact strategies and interventions. Her specific areas of expertise and interest include organizational alignment, succession planning, culture change, employee engagement, cross-functional teamwork, and executive team development.In addition, Sandy is a highly skilled executive coach who has coached leaders for over fifteen years across a variety of industries. Sandy also brings deep experience and skill in designing and delivering leadership development training programs. Her customized workshops are highly engaging and interactive, with a focus on work applications. Her training expertise and focus includes: understanding personality types, situational leadership, developing others, building effective teams, communication essentials, delivering and receiving effective feedback, and building emotional intelligence and influence skills. PERSONAL

Originally from New York, Sandy now resides in Southborough, MA with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, travel, and being on the water.
