A skilled coach and consultant, Linda brings over 20 years of broad organizational experience to her role.

Her areas of specialty include executive and leadership development, leading change, project and program management, and communicating for results. Prior to FMG Leading, Linda was Director of Organizational and Workforce Initiatives for the Harvard Longwood Campus, serving the Harvard Medical School, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she spearheaded several community engagement initiatives, including the development of the Meaningful Connections curriculum. 

Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in English-Communications from Fort Lewis College.

Linda Miklas is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a team of advisors and coaches who help clients build world-class organizations by aligning business strategy with human capital performance. A skilled coach and consultant with over 20 years of broad organizational experience, she specializes in executive, leadership, and team development.

Linda is an insightful guide, and an incisive, straight-forward communicator who fosters forward motion through practical models. She has extensive experience in conducting customized qualitative leadership assessments aimed toward achieving thoughtful, meaningful, and lasting results. She has held key leadership roles in a variety of industries; each with a consistent attraction – the opportunity to build a new function or service.

Most recently, Linda launched Radiant Coaching and Consulting, where she works with leaders in higher education, research, and healthcare – academic and administrative leaders, as well as physician leaders and science professionals - who are navigating the challenges associated with innovation and change.


Linda enjoys working with global leaders participating in Executive Education programs offered by Harvard Business School, where she regularly contributes as a coach and facilitator. Linda has served as adjunct faculty at the Harvard Extension School, teaching Organization Behavior in the graduate-level management degree program.


Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in English- Communications from Fort Lewis College. She earned a Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching, and holds the Professional Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Linda additionally earned the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certificate and numerous other coaching certifications.


Linda resides in Massachusetts with her husband and dog. She enjoys visiting her grown children in Colorado and Arizona. She remains an avid seeker of the fitness and presence gained through skiing, hiking, and boxing.
