Jenny is a valued leadership coach, organizational strategist, facilitator, and fundraiser whose success is grounded in a life-long commitment to mission-driven work. She is known for her authenticity, a unique blend of humility, courage, and humor that puts the individuals and teams with whom she works at ease.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Jenny has held leadership roles at some of Los Angeles’ preeminent institutions, including UCLA AIDS Institute within the David Geffen School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. Her clients range from grassroots organizations to University systems, with special expertise in higher education, public and global health, human rights, and LGBTQ+ initiatives.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brandeis University, and a Master’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Jenny is a Senior Consultant at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that help create world-class organizations at the intersection of humanity and high performance. Jenny is a valued leadership coach, organizational strategist, facilitator, and fundraiser whose success is grounded in a life-long commitment to mission-driven work. She is known for her authenticity, a unique blend of humility, courage, and humor that puts the individuals and teams with whom she works at ease.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Jenny has held leadership roles at some of Los Angeles’ preeminent institutions, including UCLA AIDS Institute within the David Geffen School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.

In 2014, Jenny founded her consultancy firm Davi-Gold LLC where she offers a suite of services including organizational strategy, coaching, facilitation, program development, and fundraising. Her clients range from grassroots organizations to University systems, with special expertise in higher education, public and global health, human rights, and LGBTQ+ initiatives.

Current and past clients include Patagonia, University of California Global Health Institute (UCGHI); UCLA Center for World Health; Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law; Bixby Center for Population Health and Sustainability, School of Public Health, UC Berkeley; Point Foundation; Project Angel Food; LA Pride/Christopher Street West; and the famed Griffith Observatory.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Jenny has a strong commitment to the LGBTQ+ community at large, as consultant, lay leader, and donor along with her wife who serves on various boards. She is a very proud Point Foundation mentor and supporter.

ACADEMIC AFFILIATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brandeis University, and a Master’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and she completed the Stanford Business Leadership Series within the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

PERSONAL

Jenny and her wife live in West Hollywood, CA. When not working, she enjoys baking, writing, creating art, and traveling, especially to La Jolla Cove with her wife and her ridiculously adorable Cavachon, Chloe.
