Prior to joining FMG Leading, Dovie was a founding leader at Arion Blue, a Houston based multi-discipline service provider for the energy industry. She worked side-by-side with the CEO and COO from Day 1 of business planning through launching the company in April 2018 and successfully navigating the challenges of the pandemic as a young business. In her role as Vice President, Corporate Services at Arion, Dovie built the back office from the ground up, including the marketing, IT, HR and administration functions to put start-up operations in place, enabling rapid growth of the organization.
