Brian Dunlap is a Senior Associate at FMG Leading, a team of advisors that helps clients create world-class organizations at the intersection of business strategy and human capital performance. Brian thrives in a collaborative team environment, motivated by achieving a common goal and understanding how to best serve his teammates. His background and experience as an investor have helped him develop skills in business analysis, evaluation, and relationship management.

In his strategy & business operations role, Brian supports the private equity practice and operations related activities of the organization. He is focused on providing market intelligence, business development & delivery, and client management for the PE vertical. He is also actively involved in financial/ management reporting and ongoing analysis of growth opportunities.

Prior to FMG Leading, Brian worked with Copley Equity Partners as private equity associate where he was responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities across a wide range of industries. He built and maintained relationships with executives across the lower/middle market, and helped the team close on several key additions to the Copley portfolio.
