Ann brings extensive experience and expertise in the areas of large-scale organizational change, culture integration, leadership and team development, talent management, healthcare leadership, and executive coaching. She has worked with executives, physicians and organizations across various industries, in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to FMG Leading, Ann worked for Ernst & Young in the Healthcare and Business Transformation and Talent Practices. She specialized in the areas of leadership alignment, culture integration, health technology implementation, post-merger integration, shared services and physician leadership and engagement.

Ann holds a PhD and M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University (formerly CSPP), a M.S. in Psychology from Pepperdine University, a B.S. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in History from Arizona State University.

EXPERIENCE

Ann Getz, PhD, is a Senior Consultant with FMG Leading, a team of advisors and coaches who help clients build world-class organizations by aligning business strategy with human capital performance. Ann brings deep experience as a management consultant, specializing in the areas of large-scale organizational change, culture assessment and alignment, leadership and team development and executive coaching. She has over 20 years of experience, both as an external consultant and an entrepreneur. Ann has been invited as a speaker to businesses, academic institutions and professional associations on the topics of organizational transformation, knowledge management and culture change, and executive development and coaching. She brings depth and breadth of knowledge and experience working with executives across various industries, in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to starting Getz Consulting Group, LLC, Ann spent seven years with Ernst & Young, LLC as part of their People and Organizational Change practice. Major areas of focus included: strategic organizational transformation, including shared services implementation, enterprise-wide resource planning e.g. SAP, knowledge management and organizational design and alignment and leadership development. Ann has consulted to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit and government-regulated organizations in a wide range of industries, in the US and abroad.
