Leadership development, culture design, and organizational change firm opens new office in San Diego’s East Village.

San Diego, CA – January 21, 2014 – FMG Leading, a Southern California-based consulting and executive coaching firm specializing in change management consulting, leadership development and culture design, opened its new office in style with a January 20, 2014 open house attended by leaders and friends from the San Diego community.

Overlooking Petco Park, FMG Leading’s shared office space rests within the beautiful, red brick Capital Real Estate Ventures office building at 815 J Street.  Invited guests browsed through the unique loft-design, met members of the FMG Leading team, and enjoyed spectacular views from the 2nd floor open-air patio.  

The opening of the San Diego office reflects FMG Leading’s commitment to better serve its clients in the area, while also signifying the firm’s continued growth and the capability of its expanding team of professionals.  During the event, FMG Leading’s founder and CEO, Dr. Foster Mobley shared information about the 30-year history of the firm, and spoke briefly about FMG Leading’s expertise in the areas of leading, culture, and change.  Dr. Mobley closed with a toast, saying, "FMG Leading is honored and excited to become part of the vibrant business community of San Diego’s East Village, and we are grateful to have the terrific partnership of the Capital Real Estate Ventures team, and their CEO Randy Rivera."
