FMG Leading Founder and Chairman Emeritus Dr. Foster Mobley will deliver the opening keynote speech at the HR Tampa 2013 Convention and Expo on November 6, 2013.   His topic, "The Wave - A New Look At Team Performance", examines the many nuances of team development along the journey to breakthrough performance, while also offering a preview of his upcoming new book, co-authored by FMG Leading Managing Principal and COO Matt Brubaker.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Mobley has partnered with C-level business leaders to access their full leadership talent to create breakthrough results.  His groundbreaking approach, called Wisdom Leading™, has been shared with over 30,000 leaders in ten countries on five continents.  His consulting and coaching practice lists some of the most respected business organizations in the world, such as Citicorp, DaVita, Deloitte, Disney, Nokia and United Technologies.  Foster is also a published author and dynamic speaker, sought to deliver keynote addresses on the various themes of leadership, culture, team development and organizational change.  His award-winning book, titled "Leadersh*t: Rethinking the True Path to Great Leading", is currently in stores.  Over the last decade, Foster has also successfully advised collegiate athletic teams and coaches.  2010 was a banner year for his clients culminating in two NCAA Championships - first for UCLA Women's Gymnastics, followed by UCLA Women's Softball.  Foster received his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, and MBA and Doctor of Education in Organizational Change (Ed.D.) degrees from Pepperdine University.
