A relationship-focused leader with a background in strategic change, Shaine brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare and education sectors to her role as a Senior Consultant with FMG Leading.
She previously led curriculum design and healthcare-focused strategy efforts at The Center for Health Professions at The University of California at San Francisco, where she built expertise and experience in clinical leadership design and execution.
Shaine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Washington University, and her Masters in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.

Shaine also uses a variety of assessment tools to help deepen individual and team awareness and effectiveness.
Prior to FMG Leading, Shaine worked as a Leadership Development Associate at The Center for the Health Professions at The University of California at San Francisco, where she built expertise and experience in clinical leadership design and execution. In that role, she drove curriculum design and strategy focused on current and future healthcare issues, while providing leadership and support to the California Healthcare Leaders Network Board of Directors and Alumni network.
Shaine’s current and past clients include Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, OptumCare, Pearl iZUMi, UC San Diego Health System, and Deloitte.
Shaine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Washington University, and her Masters in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. She is a certified administrator and facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument.
Originally from the Bay Area, Shaine now lives in San Diego with her dog and an extensive succulent collection. She enjoys yoga, exploring new cities and cuisines, and going to the movies.
