Shaine Helsloot is a healthcare growth strategist and organizational advisor who specializes in helping healthcare companies scale effectively through strategic leadership development and operational transformation.

With deep expertise in healthcare leadership and organizational development, Shaine partners with healthcare organizations to unlock growth potential through advisory and implementation support. She works closely with executive teams to navigate complex transformations, optimize human capital strategies, and build the leadership capabilities essential for sustainable growth. Her approach combines forward-thinking planning with practical execution, helping organizations think creatively about growth opportunities while building the infrastructure and human capital to support successful scale.

Shaine’s client portfolio spans diverse healthcare sectors, including leading organizations such as Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Ivy Rehab, and Mission Pet Health, where she has partnered to guide transformational initiatives focused on growth acceleration and organizational effectiveness.

In her leadership role at FMG Leading, Shaine also oversees the development of the firm’s talent and culture initiatives – ensuring resources deliver maximum value to healthcare clients pursuing growth objectives, while growing themselves and the firm as well. She plays a key role in positioning the firm’s capabilities to meet the evolving needs of healthcare organizations facing growth and transformation.

Prior to FMG Leading, Shaine developed her healthcare expertise at The Center for the Health Professions at The University of California at San Francisco, where she led curriculum design and program administration focused on emerging healthcare challenges and provided advisory support to the California Healthcare Leaders Network Board of Directors and Alumni network.

Shaine earned a Masters in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Washington University. She is a certified administrator and facilitator of the Hogan and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instruments, the Intercultural Development Inventory, and the Enneagram.

Shaine (mostly) lives in the Bay Area but always enjoys exploring new cities, trying new foods, and engaging in new conversations.
