Will Busch, III

Will Busch III serves as an operating partner to healthcare investors and executive teams, working alongside clients to translate investment theses into execution, accelerate value creation, and improve enterprise performance across the full growth lifecycle.

As President of FMG Leading, Will brings an investor- and operator-informed perspective to building market-leading healthcare companies. He partners with investors, payers, providers, and tech-enabled healthcare services organizations to drive profitable growth, strengthen operational discipline, and align leadership teams around the priorities that determine speed to value. His work is grounded in showing up as a hands-on value creation partner, helping clients move from strategic intent to measurable progress in the moments that matter most.

Will most recently served as Managing Director, Head of Transformation at Tilia Holdings, a Chicago-based private equity firm making control investments in the food supply chain. As a member of Tilia’s leadership team, he helped the firm acquire, grow, and exit high-quality assets, implementing portfolio-wide processes designed to accelerate organizational performance and value creation from entry to exit.

Before joining FMG Leading, Will held executive consulting roles at Korn Ferry and Gallup, where he developed a distinctive approach to business transformation. Across his career, he has led human capital due diligence, M&A integration, organic growth, operating model, and business transformation initiatives for public and private companies. His experience spans investment firms, hospital systems, medical device manufacturers, and multi-site services organizations.

Will currently serves on the board of The Gray Matter Experience, a Chicago-based nonprofit focused on building the next generation of young entrepreneurs and change makers in Chicago.
