Dick graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College. He serves as an executive coach and advisor at the MIT Sloan School of Management and as a pro bono executive coach for Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Self Enhancement, Inc.

Dick is an Executive Coach with MIT Sloan Executive Education. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury College. A Reiki Master and avid painter, Dick shows his works in solo and group shows. In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing and hiking with his three children and playing tennis and ultimate Frisbee. Dick serves as a Pro Bono executive coach for several nonprofit institutions and as Mentor Faculty for the MiddCORE business/leadership immersion program at Middlebury College.
