Maegan brings over fifteen years of experience in organization development, building infrastructure, and increasing organizational capacity for sustainable change. Skilled in data-driven organizational assessment, she and has a strong track record of monitoring financial health and bringing mission and sustainability into alignment. Prior to FMG Leading, Maegan was a program officer at the Meyer Foundation, where she specialized in organizational effectiveness and managed the Foundation’s capacity-building portfolio of grants. She also served as a program officer for the Children and Family Capacity-Building Initiative, which provided support to a targeted group of former Freddie Mac Foundation grantees. Maegan holds a bachelor's degree from American University, and a master's degree in organization development through the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
