A skilled coach and consultant, Linda brings over 20 years of broad organizational experience to her role. Her areas of specialty include executive and leadership development, leading change, project and program management, and communicating for results. Prior to FMG Leading, Linda was Director of Organizational and Workforce Initiatives for the Harvard Longwood Campus, serving the Harvard Medical School, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she spearheaded several community engagement initiatives, including the development of the Meaningful Connections curriculum. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Relations & Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. in English-Communications from Fort Lewis College.
